Firefighters start fires in Italy and get arrested

Fifteen volunteer firefighters have been arrested in Sicily for allegedly starting wildfires so that they could earn €10 (£9) an hour to put them out.

According to the police in Ragusa province, the fire department became suspicious when it discovered that the auxiliary brigade had responded to three times as many incidents compared to other volunteer teams over the same period of time.
