In a recent poll conducted by Sports Illustrated where anonymous NFL execs were asked to give proof, beyond the shadow of a doubt, where racism is not playing a role with Kaepernick’s lack of work as a quarterback. The results? None could present a feasible argument that explained why Kaepernick was not being drafted by a team. In one of the arguments he was compared to RG3. However, contrary to Griffin, Kaepernick is arguably one of the top 32 quarterbacks in the world and has shown evidence of improvement as a pocket passer every season. Kaepernick is said to be blackballed for taking a knee during the United States National Anthem, in protest of police brutality.
